More than 1,800 potential candidates responded to the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) recruitment and selection day. The aim: to put young people to work with a university diploma. In order to test the candidates in a playful and playful way, Bleck Media, alongside the UWV, devised a fictional mockumentary show inspired by TV shows such the British comedy series The Office. From the nosy office manager to the coffee lady, all expressions served as a mirror for the organisation to stimulate active thinking.
