At a time when the Dutch Police is confronted with challenges such as the shortage of police officers and shortened police training, Bleck has worked in collaboration with the Police to provide a powerful solution. Our joint efforts have resulted in a story aimed at attracting new practical supervisors for police training. This campaign is specifically designed to appeal to potential candidates and culminates with a powerful video highlighting the duties and significance of a practice supervisor. This video goes further than just showing the daily activities of a practice supervisor; it also illustrates the essential role in guiding aspirants through the abbreviated police training, allowing them to be deployed more quickly as full-fledged police officers.
