Some young people face significant challenges. They may skip school, use drugs, or display aggressive behavior, which sometimes escalates into criminal activities such as theft, violence, dealing, or exploitation. This behavior can take a heavy toll on their families, leaving parents overwhelmed, siblings feeling unsafe, and schools unable to support them. Without intervention, their future is at risk, potentially leading to placement in secure youth care or a juvenile detention facility.
For these youths and their families, Multisystem Therapy (MST) can offer a lifeline. In collaboration with MST, Bleck developed a story to highlight the therapy’s benefits. The animation features a colorful, abstract style and follows a main character navigating various scenarios. These scenarios provide clear explanations of how MST works and its impact on young lives.
