At Mars, success is driven by its people. In the Netherlands alone, over 1,450 employees contribute to the company’s achievements, with 1,200 based in Veghel and 250 in Oud-Beijerland. These factories are renowned for their modern and efficient production processes. The team at Bleck had the privilege of creating a corporate story inside the iconic Mars chocolate factory, with a clear focus on highlighting the factory’s streamlined operations and safety.
The Veghel factory produces chocolate bars for beloved brands such as MARS®, BOUNTY®, TWIX®, SNICKERS®, MILKY WAY®, CELEBRATIONS®, MALTESERS®, and MARS PLANETS®. Beyond meeting the needs of the Dutch market, Veghel also supplies semi-finished products like chocolate and peanuts to other Mars factories globally. As one of the most efficient production units for chocolate in Europe, the Veghel facility plays a pioneering role, often serving as a model for new Mars factory launches worldwide.
